What people ask us before they buy

Are the earbuds I buy genuine?

Every product carries a serial with a check digit, on the box and under the lid. You check it above in thirty seconds. If the serial does not pass, do not buy.

What warranty do I get and where do I repair them?

Two years, through the dealer you bought from. Keep the receipt and the box. If you cannot find the dealer, message us with the serial and we tell you where to go.

Do they fall out when I run?

The open-ear models sit on a hook, not in the ear, and the hook has a titanium core. They do not come off at a sprint.

Do calls sound good?

The microphones filter noise. In a busy city the person hears you, but strong wind still comes through. We say that plainly.

How long does the battery last after a year?

Around 85 percent of the original life, at one charge a day. Lithium-ion batteries decline, and ours do too.

Can I try them somewhere?

Yes. We have dealers and partner stores. Message us on WhatsApp with your city and we send you the nearest one.

Delivery and payment

DELIVERY

We deliver across Romania by courier, to the address you choose at checkout. An order usually arrives within 1–3 working days of being confirmed. Delivery is included in the price: there is nothing extra to pay for it.

You get an e-mail when the order leaves us, with the AWB number and the tracking link. The courier calls before delivering.

PAYMENT

At checkout you choose one of the methods the shop has on:

– Cash on delivery: you pay the courier the exact amount from the confirmation e-mail when the parcel arrives.

– Card, when available: you pay on the payment processor's secure page; your card details never reach us.

– Bank transfer, when available: the account is in the confirmation e-mail, and the order leaves once the payment arrives.

Prices include VAT.

FOLLOW YOUR ORDER

From the link in any e-mail about the order, from your account, or from the Follow your order page with the order's reference and your e-mail address.

INVOICE

Every order comes with an invoice, in your name or your company's. It is also in your account, with the order.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

You have 14 days from receiving it to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason: see the Returns policy and Withdraw from a contract. Products carry a 12-month warranty.
