Returns policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you bought from this site as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason (Romanian law OUG 34/2014).

HOW TO RETURN
Tell us from the contact page, quoting your order number. We confirm the return address and the steps.

CONDITION
The product comes back complete, with its accessories and original packaging. You may handle it as much as you need to establish what it is and how it works; if its value drops because it was used beyond that, we may withhold the difference.

REFUND
We refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof that you sent it.

LEGAL GUARANTEE
The right of withdrawal is separate from the legal guarantee of conformity, which applies regardless of this period.
