Terms and conditions
These terms apply to purchases made on www.tesnaromania.com. By placing an order you accept them.
WHO SELLS
The shop is run by the company whose details (name, tax number CUI, trade register number and registered office) are shown at the foot of every page. You can write to the e-mail address on the contact page.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
You can buy without an account. If you make one, with an e-mail and password or with Google or Apple, you are responsible for keeping access to it safe. You can close it from the account at any time. How we use your data is explained in the Privacy policy.
ORDERS
An order becomes a contract when we confirm it: on screen once it is sent, and by e-mail or phone. We may decline an order if the product is no longer available or the price shown was plainly wrong; we then tell you and refund anything you paid.
PRICES
Prices are in lei and include VAT. Delivery and any payment-method fee are shown in the basket before you send the order. When a price is reduced, we also show the lowest price of the last 30 days.
PAYMENT
You can pay by the methods shown in the basket: cash on delivery, bank transfer or card, when available. Card payments are made on Stripe's secure page; we never see or keep card details.
DELIVERY
We deliver anywhere in Romania by courier. The estimated time is given when the order is confirmed. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The steps and the form are in the Returns policy.
GUARANTEE
Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (Romanian law OUG 140/2021). If a product does not conform, you are entitled to repair or replacement and, as the law provides, to a price reduction or to end the contract. A TESNA product's serial can be checked on the site, under Authenticity check.
REVIEWS
You can review only a product you bought. Reviews are published without your name, after we read them, and we may refuse ones that are not about the product or that break the law.
DISPUTES
If something goes wrong, write to us first; we try to settle it amicably. You can also turn to the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC), including for alternative dispute resolution: https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/. Romanian law applies.
CHANGES
We may change these terms; an order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.
